Dr. Nathan Christensen is an advocate of biomimetic dentistry (minimally invasive dentistry preserving maximum natural tooth structure). He works hard to stay on top of the latest techniques and advancements in restorative dentistry by dedicating much of his time to continuing education. He has done extensive post-graduate work at UCLA in root canal treatment, he is Invisalign certified, has his oral conscious sedation license, and completed a two-year program in Esthetic Dentistry at the McGann Postgraduate Institute. Dr. Christensen has also dedicated a great deal of time to the study of implant dentistry. His vast experience with implants ranges from single implant surgery and restoration to full mouth implant reconstruction.
When Dr. Christensen is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, running, and surfing. He also enjoys volunteering his time to the community and has been given a humanitarian award for his service to children in Southern California and Belize.
